What is the difference between FBE and 3LPE coating?

FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) is a single-layer epoxy powder coating ideal for moderate temperatures and corrosion protection. 3LPE (Three Layer Polyethylene) adds adhesive and polyethylene layers on top of FBE for enhanced mechanical protection in harsher environments such as buried or offshore pipelines.

What pipe sizes do you coat?

We coat pipes ranging from 1/2 inch (15mm) to 60 inch (1500mm) outer diameter. For sizes outside this range, please contact us for a custom quote.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

Standard orders ship in 2 to 3 weeks from confirmation. Large or specialized orders may require 4 to 6 weeks. Express turnaround can be arranged on request.

Do you provide MTC and inspection reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every batch is supplied with Mill Test Certificate (MTC), coating inspection report, holiday detection results, and dimensional report. Third-party inspection (TPI) by SGS, Bureau Veritas or your nominated agency can be arranged.

Can you handle internal and external coating in one pass?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our facility supports internal liquid epoxy coating (potable water lined) along with external FBE/3LPE on the same pipe. Contact us with your specifications.
