The Prime Shield is a newly commissioned industrial pipe coating facility delivering modern protective coating systems to oil & gas, water transmission, marine and infrastructure customers across India, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Every system we offer is built to international specification from day one — ISO 21809, AWWA, NACE and ARAMCO / ADNOC project requirements — and every project is personally accountable to our founder. Our continuous-line production facility handles a wide range of commercial pipe diameters across all major coating chemistries. Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) is the industry default for buried oil and gas pipelines — a single-layer thermoset epoxy that bonds chemically to blast-cleaned steel. Three-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) stacks an FBE primer, a copolymer adhesive and a polyethylene topcoat for the toughest mechanical and corrosion protection — the standard for trunklines and offshore service. Three-Layer Polypropylene (3LPP) takes over where 3LPE softens, holding service temperature up to 110 °C continuous. Internal liquid epoxy lining protects the inside surface of water, sewage and crude pipelines while improving flow efficiency by reducing surface roughness. We also supply liquid epoxy coatings, glass flake epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea, thermal spray aluminium (TSA), high-build coatings and complete field-joint coating systems including robotic FJC for lay-barge and large-diameter projects.
Every coating system we deliver is matched to the operating environment, the specifications and the asset life required. For oil and gas operators, we coat mainline pipe, fittings, valves and downhole tubing to API and ARAMCO standards. For water transmission and distribution networks we deliver NSF/AWWA-compliant internal and external coatings — including drinking water lines, firewater mains, raw water and effluent piping. For marine and offshore infrastructure we offer glass-flake epoxy, thermal spray aluminium and high-build systems engineered for splash zones, ballast tanks and subsea service. For infrastructure and construction, we deliver coated rebar, dowel bars and structural steel coatings. For chemical and petrochemical plants, we offer specialty linings engineered for aggressive service.
